A centralized home automation management platform was implemented, allowing remote control and monitoring of all the home’s systems.

- Lighting management: Remote control of turning lights on and off, with the possibility to adjust the intensity according to users' needs or environmental conditions.
- Blind control: Automation and remote management of blinds to improve comfort and energy efficiency.
- HVAC: Centralized control of temperature and ventilation to ensure a comfortable environment at all times, optimizing energy consumption.
- Video intercom with exterior door access control: Implementation of a video intercom system that allows managing the entry and exit of residents and visitors, integrated with a remote access control system.
- Security alarm control: Centralized management of the alarm system, including the possibility to remotely activate and deactivate the system and receive real-time notifications in case of any incident.
- Management of IT and telecommunications network: Monitoring and administration of the building’s telecommunications network, ensuring optimal and secure connectivity both for residents and building services.
