The challenge was to efficiently and remotely manage the climate control of a large hotel with hundreds of rooms and common areas.

Results

Implementation of an integrated BMS system that enables remote control of the climate in each room and area of the premises.

• Room climate management: Remote control of temperature and ventilation in each room, optimizing guest comfort and the hotel’s energy efficiency.
• Integration with a BMS (Building Management System): Centralized management of the hotel’s climate and other systems through a BMS, allowing for efficient monitoring and control from a single platform.

Climate control systems can also be managed remotely, similar to remote apartment control. This type of control integrates seamlessly into business automation solutions.
