The client required a solution to manage an apartment block remotely, aiming to improve security, efficiency, and maintenance.

Results

We developed a comprehensive remote apartment control solution, integrating multiple services into a single, simple and efficient smart home platform. Highlights include:

• Access control: Implementation of a system that allows remote management of user entry and exit, with options for digital keys or automated access systems.
   

• Security alarm control: Centralized management of the alarm system, including the ability to activate and deactivate it remotely and receive real-time notifications in the event of an incident.
   

• Consumption monitoring: Remote monitoring of energy, water, and other essential service consumption, allowing access to usage data to optimize costs and maintenance.
   

• IT and telecommunications network management: Supervision and administration of the building’s telecom network, ensuring optimal and secure connectivity for both residents and building services.

In addition to remote control in apartments, more and more hotels are investing in climate control and other smart home services.
