It was necessary to implement a home automation and control system that would enable remote management of all supermarkets in Girona, ensuring efficient operation and a fast response to any incidents.

Deployment of a BMS (Building Management System) for centralized management of climate control, lighting, security, and refrigeration, with continuous monitoring and alert capabilities.

• Lighting control: Remote lighting management in each location to optimize energy consumption and ensure a suitable environment at all times.
• Climate control: Management of temperature and ventilation in the stores to ensure customer comfort and efficient HVAC operation.
• Monitoring and supervision of refrigerators and freezers: Constant control of refrigeration systems to ensure optimal product preservation, with real-time alerts in case of any issue.
