The client aimed to enhance guest comfort and improve operational efficiency. The challenge was to implement a hotel management system capable of integrating all functionalities into a single hotel automation platform.

Results

The project unifies all key hotel systems into one centralized and efficient smart platform, improving the guest experience and streamlining hotel maintenance and operations.

• Lighting management in common areas: Smart control over lighting activation, deactivation, and intensity regulation to ensure both guest comfort and energy efficiency through domotic lighting systems.
   

• Climate control in rooms and common areas: Centralized temperature and ventilation control, with real-time adjustment based on each area’s needs, offering superior comfort.
   

• Zoned audio control: Management of ambient sound across different hotel areas, tailored to each space and user preference.
   

• Technical alarm system: Real-time alerts for water leaks, gas issues, or electrical faults, ensuring rapid response and maximum safety.
   

• Machine room control: Remote monitoring and management of technical equipment to ensure efficient maintenance and optimal operation.

Technologies applied in hotels often originate from environments like smart homes. A good management system should include tools for controlling the climate of common areas.
